Merry Christmas

To all you lovely lot… The wonderful online family of mine,
Thank you from the bottom of the heart for the love and support you have all given me this year.
I just wanted to share a little picture from today and a little message to wish you all a very merry Christmas.
I love Christmas and I’ve spent Christmas in many different places: medical wards, a&e, pre op, long term hospital life, being fed my Christmas dinner through a tube into my stomach, on high numbers of drugs… I am now able to spend it with my family… My little trio that bring me so much joy.
Although I truly know how unbelievably privileged and lucky I am to be in this position now, my health still makes things incredibly difficult.
Being a mum is a joy to me but it does come with its own challenges…and that means that I really have to divide my time better and spend my very limited energy on a little person…
It means that I am going to be quieter as I use my energy on my little two year old.
I know that this time of year can be so hard and I just want to send an empathetic hug to you all… Full of the support and love that you’ve all given me and my family.
Merry Christmas my loves
